Alaskan Mill

Always nice to see wood going to good use. The majority of our wood either goes to firewood or biomass. We felled this large Ash last month as it was riddled with Hymenoscyphus Fraxinus, and growing a few meters from a house he was renovating. The client asked for it to be left in place so he can slab it up with an Alaskan mill.

The Alaskan mill is a great tool for producing a wide range of products from felled trees with very little outlay and equipment.
