Conifer Removal in Glasgow

Back out today in Uddingston for some Conifer bashing! Our clients were not happy with the evening light being blocked by these wide Leylandii, and rather than topping them we decided to remove them completely.

We'll be back out in a few weeks to grind the stumps out. Hopefully the home owners will replace the two Leylandii with additional fruit trees.

As a side note the two apple trees in the foreground had signs of "wooly Aphid" which is a common pest in fruit trees, especially Apple. If you see signs of wooly Aphid it can be treated with "Winter Wash.
